About Us

My interest in outboards began in 1978 when my wife and I purchased our first boat (well,actually it was a square back canoe with a 1975 2 HP Johnson).From there we moved up (down?) to a 1966 Kennedy runabout with a 45 HP Chrysler and ever since that motor dropped to running on one cylinder my hobby began.

We purchased a cabin in 1979 on the beatiful Muskoka River on the south branch and I have been fixing (cursing?) old outboards ever since.

After a 33 year career as an Underground Cable Splicer for Bell Canada I retired and started collecting classic outboards to fix and sell. I'm a member of the Antique Outboard Motor Club International and also the Maple Leaf Chapter.

My lone and loyal employee Napoleon and I spend our time between Fraserburg and Scarborough Ontario with outboards and parts at both locations.
